ARCHITECTURAL REQUEST

This form must be completed and submitted to the Architectural Committee for approval before work can begin.  This includes changes such as fence replacement or staining, patio cover, painting, landscaping, tree removal, roof replacement or any modifications to the exterior of your house that can be seen from the street.
